Prices start from $89.00 per night for single or double occupancy, plus tax and
a one time out clean fee. Each additional person $10.00 per night Weekly Rates
start @ $ 623.00 for single or double occupancy.
There is a 11.25% Hawaii Excise and Transient Accommodations Tax for the above rates and out clean fees (Prices may be subject to change until actual payment is received. A deposit is required to hold booking space)

Reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to check in. Only cashier's check,
money order,
traveler's check or cash will be accepted. (No Credit Cards accepted)
A minimum $300.00 security deposit is required to confirm all reservations within
7 days after the booking is made. This deposit is separate from the rent payment,
which will be returned
within 14 days after the departure. Deducted from the deposit will be any missing
or lost items, late checkout charges, extra cleaning fees or damages that exceed
normal wear and tear to the property.
*Lost key $55.00 replacement fee
Notification of cancellation must be received at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Your
full deposit less the $100
booking fee will be returned only if we are able to rebook your reserved
dates.
Cancellations less than
the 60 days will result in forfeiture of full deposit and monies already made.
Guest are responsible for the entire time booked. No rental refunds will be given
for early departure or late cancellations.

Upon receiving your deposit and payment, you will be sent a receipt, and instructions
on how to get to our home. You can also view directions to the rental by clicking
