The Hanalei Experience is as varied as it is exciting. It includes a rich Hawaiian
heritage inter-mixed with the diversity of Hawaii's ethnic potpourri; a fascinating
history peopled by kings, queens and sugar barons; plus vast fields of taro, a Russian
fort, a long love affair with the movies and much, much more.

There is no better way to see Kauai then by AIR! Whether you decide to see Kauai
by helicopter (like most of us!) or go extreme on a motorized hang glider or Waco
Biplane, it is something you must do.
Fly into the wettest spot on earth Mt. Wai’ale ale and see over 100 waterfalls, hover over
the Grand Canyon of the pacific, Waimea Canyon. Soar along the incredible cliffs of the Na
Pali coast and see area’s that only few ever see.

Whether you like a short Sunset cocktail cruise or an all day adventure to the forbidden
Island of Nii’hau. Did you know that during certain
times of the year you could kayak the Na Pali Coast or the Kipu Kai Coast?
Surfing, windsurfing, and (the fastest growing water sport) Kitesurfing lessons
are available. Do you want to see spinner dolphins, green sea turtle, humpback
whales, flying fish, or a
romantic sunset? There are sailing catamarans, inflatable rafts, motorized catamarans,
and fishing charters.

Kauai has the only navigable
rivers and streams in Hawaii.
Kauai is famous for it's hiking, and we can point you to hikes suitable for a
family picnic
or the rugged Na Pali Trail and Kokee Trails. If you’re not the
hiking type there are 4X4 van tours, Movie tours, mountain bike tours, bicycle
downhill
tours, and kayaking
& hiking tours. There are ATV tours, horseback-riding tours, botanical gardens,
horse pulled
carriages, and even a "mountain tubing adventure" tour.

Whale watching around the island and Hanalei is a popular activity.
